All of our products are handmade in small batches, so please allow 2–5 business days for processing before your order is dispatched. Once shipped, UK delivery usually takes 2–4 business days. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will offer a replacement or refund.
For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on unused, unopened products in their original packaging. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once the return has been received and approved, usually within 5–10 business days.
