A’Ferreira was not created in a laboratory. It was born from resilience, devotion, and an unwavering belief in the power of nature.

My journey began when I moved from England to Brazil, where my youngest son was born.

I have always had a very dry, sensitive skin and psoriasis, and struggled to find skincare that truly works for me. Over time, I moved away from harsh synthetics and unnecessary fragrance, and toward simplicity and gentleness.

In Brazil, surrounded by an extraordinary natural world, I discovered the quiet power of plants and raw ingredients and how they can support the skin when used with intention.

Returning to England, I experienced again how quickly skin can become stressed by environment, lifestyle and working nights. That became a turning point.

I began formulating my own skincare and trained in skincare formulation, focusing on mature, aging, dull, dehydrated and stressed skin. Today, my work is rooted in that journey- creating gentle, considered skincare designed to truly support the skin.
